Daycare
At the pooch palace, your
dog will enjoy a day filled with fun and activity with their friends!
Our daycare attendees enjoy supervised playtime in our 4 play spaces with other compatible dogs. Water and rest spaces are always provided.
We also provide treats and give owner provided meals and medication according to parental instructions.
Group structure
Your dog's safety is most important, so at the pooch palace we keep a 5 dogs to 1 staff member ratio. We only allow dogs that are socialized and mild tempered due to the large amount of time playing in a group. Every dog must first complete an assessment to ensure they're the right fit for our daycare.
Pictures & Video
You will receive pictures/videos of your dog during their time with us to give you a look into how their day is at daycare. We also have 8 video cameras on site streaming the whole time your dog is with us! Check out the Club Paw TV

Weekdays: from 7 - 1 or 1 - 7
Saturday: from 8 - 1 or 1 - 6
Sunday: Closed for daycare
*Half day daycares do not need to be the full timespan listed, as long as the timespan is within 7-1, 1-7, etc. It counts as a half day. Anything overlapping those timespans is a full day.
Payment
For payments we take Debit, Credit, Cash and E-Transfer
All credit card payments include a 3% charge on top of HST.
A note on picking up/drop off
If you have booked a time for drop off/pickup, and plan to change that time, please contact us before your previously booked time.
Additionally, if you are going to be late dropping off or picking up please let us know and give a new time for arrival.
Knowing when you are arriving is important for us so we can prepare the space for a new member to the group which in turn ensures your dog's and other dog's safety.

Boarding
Our guests staying for overnight boarding are provided a comfortable and safe experience away from home. We are a no kennel boarding facility (unless requested) so dogs will be together in a space sleeping on comfy beds. A staff member is present on site with the dogs all through the night.
Due to the social nature of this style of boarding, we carefully select dogs that will fit in the group well to ensure a safe and pleasant experience.

Pictures & Video

Vaccination Requirements
For all Daycare and Boarding guests, we require up to date vaccines for:

For both daycare and boarding we do not take females in heat, or unfixed males over a year old.
Grooming
Grooming prices include HST charges. (%13)
We take debit, credit, cash and E-transfer payments.
Credit card payments include a 3% charge on top of HST.
